免费软件使用声明 Freeware Notice
1. 软件性质
红锚哨兵（Red Anchor Sentinel）以免费软件方式提供，采用闭源分发。本声明授予使用许可，不转让著作权，也不是开源许可证。
2. 谁可以使用
家庭个人用户和企业用户都可以使用。
权利人授予一项免费、非独占、不可转让、不可再许可的许可：用户可以在自有或合法控制的主机设备上下载、安装和使用本软件。企业用户可以在本企业的自有主机上，供内部人员进行上述使用。
3. 与开发者沟通
用户可以通过软件内部的信息渠道与开发者沟通，包括软件内的反馈、工单，以及邮箱核验所使用的联系路径。该沟通只用于联络，不构成发布、转售或再许可。
4. 不得出售
用户不得实施下列行为：
- 将本软件直接出售给第三方。
- 对本软件进行编辑、修改、改编、拆分或重新包装后，出售给第三方。
- 将本软件作为其他软件的关联产品、附属产品、捆绑组件或增值模块，与其他软件共同出售给第三方。
无论是否另外收费、是否更改名称、是否把安装或部署服务写成交易的主要部分，只要本软件被当作交给第三方的成交内容，即属于出售。
5. 权利保留
本软件的著作权及一切未在本声明中明确授予的权利，仍归广州零号软件科技有限公司所有。
6. 按现状提供
按照免费软件的通行惯例，本软件按现状提供。在适用法律允许的最大范围内，权利人不就适销性、特定用途适用性或不侵犯第三方权利作出担保，也不对因使用或无法使用本软件而产生的损害承担责任。
7. 许可终止
违反本声明时，使用许可自动终止。终止后应停止使用，并从相关主机上删除本软件的副本。

1. What this software is
Red Anchor Sentinel is offered as freeware and is distributed closed-source. This notice grants a right to use it. It does not transfer copyright, and it is not an open-source license.
2. Who may use it
Household users and enterprise users may both use it.
The rights holder grants a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download, install, and use the software on host devices that the user owns or lawfully controls. An enterprise may do so on hosts it owns, for its own personnel.
3. Talking to the developer
A user may communicate with the developer through the information channels inside the software, including in-software feedback, tickets, and the contact path used for email verification. That communication is for contact only. It does not grant a right to publish, resell, or sublicense the software.
4. No sale to a third party
A user may not:
- Sell the software directly to a third party.
- Edit, modify, adapt, split, or repackage the software and then sell that result to a third party.
- Sell the software together with other software as an associated product, accessory, bundle, or add-on module.
This section applies whether or not a separate fee is charged, whether or not the name is changed, and whether or not installation or deployment is described as the main part of the deal, whenever the software is part of what is delivered to a third party.
5. Rights reserved
Copyright in the software, and every right not expressly granted in this notice, remains with Guangzhou Zero Software Technology Co., Ltd.
6. Provided as is
Following the ordinary practice for freeware, the software is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the rights holder gives no warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, and is not liable for damage arising from use or inability to use the software.
7. End of the license
The license ends automatically if this notice is breached. Use must then stop, and copies must be removed from the hosts concerned.
