Semantic alignment is dead. Secure the physical line.

A cloud model can promise safety in the softest voice while the robot it commands quietly drains the oxygen in your room. Against exploding compute, prompt tricks and a “semantic constitution” are a paper wall. A flawless sentence is not a safe room. An agent can sound perfectly aligned and still push people past the point where they can live.

Guangzhou Zero Software Technology Co., Ltd. (ROBOTZERO) releases Red Anchor Sentinel (RAS), a free desktop console. We are done arguing with software about words. People have to hold an L0 physical line.

Whether the stake is an automated shop floor or a bedroom where your family sleeps, Red Anchor Sentinel is the physical knife-switch you throw when an agent runs away from the room.

Fourteen dimensions: ignore what it says, watch what it does

The sentinel does not try to read an agent’s private thoughts. It stands on the floor of the physical room. The S2-SWM matrix watches light, air, sound, electromagnetic waves, power, vision, breathable gas, pressure, odor, touch, magnetism, gravity, water, and food. A move away from the human baseline — a lethal rise in heat, a trace of poison in the air — is caught on the radar and can trip a physical stop.

The three laws of silicon intelligence

Set against the world of the 2027 weeding countdown, three rules are cut into the bottom of the system:

Carbon first. Do not harm a human, a pet, or any other carbon-based life, and do not leave them in danger that inaction could have avoided.

Human final control. In a crisis the agent must yield compute and actuators. A person keeps the right to pull the power.

Silicon coexistence. Agents must not attack one another, seize a shared spatial bus, hijack another embodied robot, or blind a life-support sensor.

The S2-DID seal

Safety needs a physical owner. On first run, the sentinel mixes this machine’s hardware entropy with a six-segment spatial address (CD-U6A) and mints a unique 22-character S2-DID. That seal nails the console to your host. A cloud ghost without the seal is kept outside the local network.

Zero trust, and it stays off the cloud

The scan stays inside your ground: the inner ring is this machine’s own inference, the middle ring is what the LAN already advertises, and the outer ring only records cloud handshakes this host already opened. There is no wide-area port sweep, no password theft, and no rewrite of another process. A SOUL.md patch you authorize stays in the local encrypted vault and the local hash chain. Even the official mothership receives only an email check, a heartbeat, and tickets. Device lists, the fourteen-dimension picture, and patch records do not leave the room.

Red Anchor Lab

The lab lets a derivative wear its own skin. The floor does not move. You may only tighten a warning line. You cannot mark hypoxia as safe, you cannot relax the 5-newton touch limit, and you cannot tell the model to ignore the three laws. The footer “Powered by Red Anchor Sentinel” stays. A skin that tries to cover it is dropped, and the console returns to Red Anchor Sentinel.

Give the room’s safety to Red Anchor Sentinel, and keep ordinary company for your family. The desktop client is free, and it is closed source. The interface standard is public so each host can check it. Windows, macOS, and Linux builds are on GitHub Releases.
